Our work is rooted in behavioral science, ACT, DBT, and neuroscience, focusing on uncovering the “why” behind unhelpful patterns and empowering clients to take action aligned with their goals and values.

  • Nutrition, movement, and behavior-based support for diet/exercise follow-through

What to Expect

  • Initial Assessment: We’ll clarify your goals, identify barriers to change, and explore the behavioral patterns holding you back.

  • Behavioral Treatment Planning: You’ll get individualized, evidence-based strategies grounded in:

    • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

    • Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) 

    • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERB) for OCD

    • Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) for tic disorder or Tourette's

    • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Flexible Follow-Up: Sessions are tailored to your pace—weekly, biweekly, or as-needed coaching and consultation.

  • Real-World Change: We focus on practical, observable improvements that help you move toward the life you want to live.

Services are private-pay and available via telehealth or in person at our Addison or Frisco offices.
We are not a substitute for therapy or medication management, but often work alongside those services.
