Teen/Adult Behavior Change
We support teens and adults seeking practical strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.

Our work is rooted in behavioral science, ACT, DBT, and neuroscience, focusing on uncovering the “why” behind unhelpful patterns and empowering clients to take action aligned with their goals and values.
Common areas we support:
-
Anxiety and avoidance patterns
-
Nutrition, movement, and behavior-based support for diet/exercise follow-through
-
Perfectionism, burnout, and emotional dysregulation
-
Executive functioning, organization, and habit formation
-
Substance use behavior and relapse prevention
-
Support for parents of children with behavioral needs
-
Values-based action planning and identity shifts

We are not a substitute for therapy or medication management, but often work alongside those services.
While all treatment methods used at Modiv Behavioral are evidence-based, please note that the following approaches—Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Brainspotting techniques—are not part of the scope of practice defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and are not considered behavior-analytic interventions. These methods are integrated when appropriate, based on client needs and preferences, and are informed by additional training outside of the BCBA certification.
