We support teens and adults with special needs and their families.

Our approach integrates behavioral science, ACT, and neuroscience to understand the “why” behind behavior and create practical, sustainable change. We help teens and adults with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences build meaningful skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and increase independence. We also support parents and caregivers in navigating behavioral challenges with clarity and confidence.

Common areas we support:

  • Daily living and independence skills

  • Executive functioning (planning, organization, follow-through)

  • Emotional regulation using ACT-based coping strategies

  • Social communication and relationship skills

  • Anxiety, avoidance, and rigid behavior patterns

  • Motivation, routines, and healthy habit-building

  • Parent coaching to improve consistency and reduce stress

What to Expect

  • Initial Assessment: We begin by clarifying goals, identifying barriers to independence, and understanding the behavioral patterns influencing daily life. This includes reviewing strengths, learning history, environmental factors, and skill gaps to build a clear roadmap for growth.

  • Behavioral Treatment Planning: You’ll get individualized, evidence-based strategies grounded in:

    • Behavioral Science — functional understanding of behavior and skill acquisition

    • ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Training) — improving flexibility, coping, and values-driven action

    • Neuroscience-Informed Strategies — supporting executive functioning, emotional regulation, and habit formation

    • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — practical, step-by-step teaching methods for everyday skills

  • Flexible Follow-Up: Coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and progress—available several times a week, weekly, biweekly, or on an as-needed basis. Parent and caregiver sessions can be added to support generalization at home.

  • Real-World Change: We focus on practical, observable improvements in daily routines, emotional regulation, social interactions, and independent living skills—helping you move toward a more confident, meaningful, and self-directed life.

Services are private-pay and available via telehealth, in person at our Addison or Frisco offices, or in your home/community based on location. Group home services and consultation also available.
We are not a substitute for therapy or medication management, but often work alongside those services.
