We work with families to address:

Sleep struggles and bedtime resistance
-
Anxiety-related behaviors (avoidance, separation fears, school refusal)
-
Picky eating and mealtime battles
-
Toileting delays, withholding, and regression
-
Tantrums, aggression, and noncompliance
-
Behavior challenges related to transitions, routines, and emotional regulation
-
Tic disorders, trichotillomania, and other body-focused repetitive behaviors
What to Expect
-
Initial Assessment (2–3 sessions): We’ll explore the function of the behavior, conduct a child observation, and collaborate with caregivers to identify goals.
-
Treatment Planning: You'll receive a personalized, evidence-based plan with practical strategies to use at home or in the classroom.
-
Follow-up Sessions: Based on the complexity of the concern, we offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly check-ins to support implementation, adjust strategies, and track progress.
-
Results-Oriented: Most families see noticeable improvement within 1–6 sessions.
All pediatric services are available via telehealth, in-home (select areas),
in partnership with local clinics and schools, or at our Addison or Frisco Offices.
