We help children build social confidence, emotional regulation, and peer interaction skills through structured, small-group experiences rooted in behavioral science and real-world practice.

Our weekly social groups support children who may struggle with:

  • Making and maintaining friendships

  • Conversation skills and social communication

  • Emotional regulation and frustration tolerance

  • Flexible thinking and handling changes or disappointment

  • Group participation, teamwork, and cooperative play

  • Social confidence in school and community settings

  • Social challenges associated with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and related developmental differences

What to Expect

  • Group Matching & Intake: Before the group begins, we gather information about each child’s strengths, social goals, communication style, and support needs to ensure appropriate peer matching and group fit.

  • Structured Weekly Sessions: Children participate in guided small-group activities focused on social communication, emotional regulation, flexible thinking, teamwork, and peer interaction through games, roleplay, cooperative activities, and real-world practice.

  • Parent Collaboration: Families receive ongoing feedback, practical strategies, and recommendations to help support carryover of skills at home and in the community.

  • Growth-Focused Approach: Our groups are designed to build confidence, strengthen peer relationships, and support meaningful social growth in a supportive and engaging environment.

Sessions will occur in person in the North Dallas area.
